We will follow the latest cross infection guidelines. Your safety is our primary concern.

We will guarantee dental work for a minimum of twelve months.
We will do our absolute level best to keep to time because we know everyone hates to be kept waiting.
That if your appointment time is delayed by emergencies we will keep you informed and will offer to rebook your appointment if you wish.
What we expect from you:
To attend for your appointments promptly, and if that is not possible to let us know as soon as possible. We do charge 50% of the treatment cost for non attendance with less than 24 hours notice. This is not a fine, it is purely a means of reimbursing the Practice in in some part, for the time booked but not used.
To pay your bills as requested on time. To help you to do this we do accept cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards. We also operate a monthly maintenance plan, which covers routine examination and hygienist visits, plus fillings and extractions. Members of our plan are also entitled to a discount on the majority of further treatment.

If you are not happy with your visits you will tell us your concern, as that is the only way that we can put it right and improve our service to you.
If you are happy with your visits then we expect you to refer patients of a similar quality to yourself, whom you feel would like the things we offer. In this way we continue to have a flow of new people and be here for you when you need us.
